Make is an automation tool where you build workflows by dragging and connecting blocks on screen. It does the same job as Zapier, moving information between apps and handling routines, but gives you more room for complex, branching automations. You can add AI steps to, for example, sort or summarise texts. Make is often cheaper than Zapier at high volumes, and you can choose to store data in the EU. It is, however, harder for beginners to learn.
